Womens Health Questions - Time For A Physical Check Up!

I've created a list of womens health questions for you, and to discuss with your doctor. Why?If and when you begin to feel changes going on in your body, age 40 is a good time for a physical check-up with your doctor or health care provider. Perhaps you are feeling fine. Great. However the bodily changes are guaranteed to come eventually. Therefore I recommend you take the initiative by acting rather than reacting to events regarding your overall general health. This means do not ignore signs and symptoms until you have a full-blown, out of control health situation! Surely you have some questions and concerns. Take a moment to do a head to toe quick assessment of your body. (This is what we do in the medical field.) For example, begin with your hair and work your way all the way down to your toe nails. Your assessment will be internal and external of course. Womens Health Questions... For You - Do you have any questions or concerns about your eyes, ears, nose or throat?
