My research shows we are spending billions of dollars annually for quick fix weight loss solutions. A sample list includes: pills, shakes, Atkin’s, South Beach, Phentermine, Hoodia Gordonii, fads, fasting, supplements, programs, hypnosis and all kinds of exercise equipment that sits in a corner collecting dust or acts as a place to hang clothes.
Are we successful with these products? Sure, in the short term. Then what happens? Most people gain it all back plus a little more.
