Welcome to the Online Health Center for Women Over 40
Women over 40, how can I help you improve your overall health?
What are your issues and concerns? Is there something going on related to your physical, mental, or emotional well-being? Are you having problems with your weight or lack of energy, stress, relationships? Are you employed? Are you caring for a family or perhaps aging parents?
Hi, Ladies.
My name is Marlene Griffin and I am a Registered Nurse with 30 years experience in a variety of specialty areas. I too, am over 40. Actually 59 years old (sigh). Anyway, welcome to my website.
Allow me to be your personal guide through the wacky world of health and medicine. I will be discussing common issues women over 40 are all experiencing now. So many changes. Suddenly we start to feel all kinds of aches and pains everywhere in our bodies. The kids are getting older. Do you have teenagers? Is that a major challenge or what? And the list goes on.
Together, we will try to deal with these issues and problems.
My job is to keep you informed of prevalent topics such as diet, nutrition, weight loss, fitness, sex and relationships, menopause, menstrual cycles, working women, mental and emotional.
Your job, if you don’t mind, is to help me help you.
Please click on the Contact Me link and fill out the form letting me know your needs. What topic would you like for me to research for you? I promise to always write in patient-friendly terms.
If you have a moment, please click on the About Me link, for my story. It is important for you to know and believe that I truly understand so much of whatever your problems are.
Why? Because I’ve been there.
All of my articles will be written with you in mind, as if we were actually speaking face to face. I am a caring, empathetic nurse who feels your pain and discomfort.
Again, all of you, women over 40, let’s work together for empowerment and good health!
